I'm thankful that I can finally stop wondering what that Johnny Depp movie, Blow, is all about. Because today someone summarized it, in great detail, to me and the rest of the church congregation during testimony meeting this morning.
It was lovely and inspiring. I strongly felt the urge to walk up to the pulpit myself and share my testimony of the movie Wild Hearts Can't be Broken, but time was running short so I'll have to wait for next month.
had a little blog, its posts were long and boring. And if you choose to read ahead, consider this your warning.

I hope there was a Three Nephite reference, or some comparison between cocaine and The Holy Ghost.
Ah, yes, the net truly draws of all kinds...
haha! No way?! I love testimony meeting.
That's too bad you didn't add your story to the mix. I think it would have been the most appropriate thing to end the meeting with.
It was prolly more interesting than the visiting dude who got up in ours and bragged about having 60 grandchildren, 66 great-grandchildren and over 200 people in his posterity...and he was still alive!
And how he was proud that he used to be able to walk down the street and be related to someone he would meet. Truth be told that part was kind of creepy.
P.S. I love Wild Hearts Can't be Broken. It's on my Netflix instant queue.
My testimony of Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken is way stronger than my testimony of any Johnny Depp movie.
Sounds like a truly stirring testimony!
Too bad they missed out on your Wild Hearts one...
;)
See? This is why we go every week. So we never miss an impromptu moment like this!
Obviously I have movies to catch up on......
I heard V for Vendetta once over the pulpit.
I love this post.
I mostly give my testimony when I feel inspired by Facebook:) That way I can land more friend requests! JK
LOL, some people don't really understand the concept of bearing one's testimony, but at least the rest of us get to laugh at them. And congrats on the new baby! :)
